Innovation Hub

We bring members, industry stakeholders, and UK Government together to champion emerging technologies as an integral part of the UK economy. We help to create an environment where innovation can flourish, helping our members to build relationships, showcase their technology, and grow their business.

Unleashing the Potential of UK Tech and Innovation

The UK is home to emerging technologies that have the power to revolutionise entire industries and sectors.

From quantum to semiconductors; from gaming to the New Space Economy, they all have the unique opportunity to help prepare for what comes next.

However, we need to have the right ingredients in place to enable these tech businesses to flourish. This is where techUK comes in. techUK is central to shaping UK emerging technology policy. Together with our members we can build the right environment for innovative ideas to grow into new businesses.

We are showcasing how emerging technologies can address productivity, sustainability and deliver equitable innovation. We are dedicated to ensuring the UK is a place where tech business can thrive, preparing for the challenges of today and tomorrow. In doing so, we answering: How does the UK become a science and tech superpower?

Engage with this campaign on social media using the hashtag #UnleashInnovation.

The three ingredients of innovation:

Drive innovation

techUK works with our members, Government and industry to create the right environment in which the development of emerging technologies can thrive. We look to increase UK industry's awareness and understanding of key emerging technologies, strengthen pathways towards commercialisation and support pioneering businesses to scale.

Accelerate innovation

We leverage techUK’s strength to convene policy and thought leadership to equip the UK's innovators with opportunities to scale and grow. We do this by demystifying the Government innovation landscape, facilitating industry-Government dialogue, championing the need for digital and innovation infrastructure and ensuring industry's priorities - such as the ability to access the right skills and talent - are consistently reflected in technology policy and regulation.

Apply Innovation

techUK explores and showcases the application of emerging technologies across different industries, sectors and parts of the UK. This empowers our members to successfully bring their technologies to market by developing their knowledge, networks and profile within the UK's technology sector.
